1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "the Player") and jeatbaz ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the jeatbaz website at jeatbaz.net and all associated services, including but not limited to sports betting, casino games, crash games, live casino, and any promotional features made available on the platform.

By accessing, registering on, depositing funds to, or placing bets on jeatbaz, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the platform and close your account.

These Terms are to be read in conjunction with the jeatbaz Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms shall take precedence unless otherwise stated.

1.1 Governing Language

These Terms are written in English. English is the authoritative language of this document. Any translation provided for convenience is for informational purposes only and shall not override the English version in the event of any discrepancy.

1.2 Platform Availability

jeatbaz strives to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. jeatbaz will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned downtime where possible.

1.3 Amendments to These Terms

jeatbaz reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, registered users will be notified via the contact details held on their account. The effective date displayed at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision. Continued use of the platform following notification of a change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of jeatbaz is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout their use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited under applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of jeatbaz or any of its game provider partners.
• You have not previously been excluded from jeatbaz or any affiliated platform under a self-exclusion request or disciplinary closure.

2.1 Age Verification

jeatbaz takes its obligation to prevent underage gambling seriously. Upon registration and prior to processing the first withdrawal request, jeatbaz may require you to submit documentary proof of age and identity. Acceptable documents include a national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a recognised Bangladeshi authority. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and temporary restriction on withdrawals.

2.2 Geographic Restrictions

jeatbaz is operated for and directed toward players in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the platform complies with the laws applicable in your country or region of residence. jeatbaz makes no representation that access to the platform is lawful in jurisdictions outside Bangladesh and accepts no liability for use of the platform in any jurisdiction where such use is restricted or prohibited.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of jeatbaz services — including placing bets, making deposits, claiming bonuses, and requesting withdrawals — you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge.

3.1 Registration Requirements

During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification.
• A valid Bangladeshi mobile number capable of receiving SMS OTP verification.
• A date of birth confirming you are 18 years of age or older.
• A unique username and a strong password of your choosing.

You warrant that all information provided at registration and at any point during your use of jeatbaz is truthful and accurate. Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate account closure.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one active jeatbaz account at any given time. Duplicate accounts — whether opened under the same name, the same mobile number, the same device, the same IP address, or through any other means of circumvention — are strictly prohibited. jeatbaz reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to withhold any associated balances and bonuses pending investigation.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your jeatbaz login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any other person. jeatbaz strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication, which is available and encouraged for all registered accounts. Any activity carried out on your account while your credentials are in use — whether by you or by a third party who obtained access through your negligence — is your responsibility.

3.4 Account Inactivity

An account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. jeatbaz will attempt to contact the registered user via their mobile number or email prior to applying any dormancy fee. A dormancy administration fee of up to ৳200 per month may be applied to dormant accounts with a remaining balance. Accounts with a zero balance that remain inactive for twenty-four (24) months may be permanently closed without further notice.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

jeatbaz supports a range of payment methods specifically chosen for the Bangladeshi market, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions on the platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳).

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are credited to your jeatbaz wallet in real time following successful confirmation from the payment provider. jeatbaz does not charge a fee for deposits, though your mobile banking provider may apply their own transaction charges. You are responsible for checking any applicable fees with your payment provider before initiating a deposit.

• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• jeatbaz reserves the right to request evidence of ownership of the deposit account at any time.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to your jeatbaz wallet.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. Verified accounts in good standing can typically expect withdrawals to be processed within two (2) hours during the platform's support hours (9 AM – 11 PM BST). Requests submitted outside support hours will be queued for processing at the start of the next operational window.

• jeatbaz does not charge a platform-side fee for withdrawals. Mobile banking provider fees may apply.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld pending completion of identity verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
• Bonus funds are not directly withdrawable. Only winnings derived from completed wagering requirements associated with a bonus may be withdrawn.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

jeatbaz is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of unlawful activity through the platform. Deposits and withdrawals are monitored for unusual patterns. jeatbaz reserves the right to suspend transactions, request supporting documentation, and report suspicious activity to relevant authorities in compliance with applicable legal obligations. Any account used primarily as a fund-transfer vehicle rather than for genuine gaming activity will be closed.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

jeatbaz offers bonuses and promotional incentives to new and existing players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be published on the relevant promotional page at the time the offer is made available.

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to players aged 18 and above with a verified jeatbaz account in good standing.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, household, device, or IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds carry wagering requirements that must be satisfied before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• jeatbaz reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, multiple accounts, or any form of abuse will be forfeited and the account(s) involved may be permanently closed.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified in individual promotion terms, bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus play are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering contributions vary by game type: most slots contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; table games and live casino may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. 5.3 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses issued on jeatbaz carry an expiry period, which will be stated in the relevant promotion terms. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that have not met the wagering requirements within the expiry period will be removed from your account automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

By placing a bet or participating in a casino game on jeatbaz, you accept the specific rules applicable to that product category. General rules applicable across all betting and gaming products are set out below.

6.1 Sports Betting

All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed and confirmed. jeatbaz reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any market and to refuse any bet without being required to provide a reason. In the event of a technical error resulting in an incorrect price being offered, jeatbaz reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the original stake.

• Bets placed on cricket markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers matches — are governed by the sports rules published in the jeatbaz help section.
• Live (in-play) bets are accepted subject to network latency. Bets received after the relevant event outcome has been determined will be voided.
• Suspected match-fixing or use of insider information in placing bets will result in immediate account suspension and potential reporting to relevant sporting authorities.

6.2 Casino & Live Casino Games

All casino and live casino games on jeatbaz are operated by certified third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Each game's rules, return-to-player (RTP) percentages, and technical specifications are governed by the respective provider. jeatbaz does not operate or modify any game engine. In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the game provider's server-side result and transaction logs shall be the authoritative record.

6.3 Crash Games

Crash games — including Aviator, JetX, Spaceman, and similar titles — operate on a provably fair or independently certified random outcome basis as determined by the relevant provider. The outcome of each round is independent of previous rounds. jeatbaz does not influence crash game results. The cash-out function operates in real time; failure to cash out prior to the crash event results in the loss of the staked amount for that round.

6.4 Voids and Disputes

Bets or game rounds affected by a demonstrable technical malfunction may be voided at jeatbaz's discretion, with original stakes refunded. Disputes regarding settled bets or game outcomes must be submitted to jeatbaz support within seven (7) days of the relevant event. Disputes submitted after this window may not be investigated. jeatbaz's decision on bet and game disputes is final, subject to any applicable legal rights.

7. User Obligations

As a registered jeatbaz user, you agree to use the platform in good faith and in accordance with these Terms at all times. The following obligations apply to your conduct on the platform.

7.1 Prohibited Conduct

You must not, under any circumstances:

• Provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or any subsequent verification process.
• Use the platform in a manner intended to defraud jeatbaz, other players, or any third party.
• Employ any software, bot, script, algorithm, or automated system to place bets, manipulate game outcomes, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Attempt to exploit software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the platform for financial gain. Any winnings resulting from a known glitch may be voided.
• Engage in collusion with other players in live casino, poker, or any multiplayer game environment.
• Use the platform for any money-laundering activity or for the transfer of funds unrelated to genuine gaming activity.
• Attempt to access another user's account, or assist a third party in doing so.
• Post, transmit, or communicate any content that is abusive, threatening, defamatory, or discriminatory to jeatbaz staff or other users via any platform communication channel.

7.2 Responsible Use

jeatbaz strongly encourages all players to use the platform responsibly. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment and should never be approached as a source of income or a means to recover financial losses. Players who feel that their gambling is becoming problematic are urged to use the self-exclusion and deposit limit tools available in their account settings, or to contact jeatbaz support for assistance. 8. Account Suspension & Closure

jeatbaz reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its absolute discretion. Circumstances that may lead to suspension or closure include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, including use of stolen payment credentials or identity documents.
• Detection of duplicate or multiple accounts.
• Use of prohibited automated software or exploitation of platform vulnerabilities.
• Any activity that jeatbaz has reasonable grounds to believe constitutes money laundering or financing of unlawful activity.
• A voluntary self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder.

8.1 Effect of Closure

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, jeatbaz reserves the right to withhold any remaining wallet balance and to void any open bets or pending bonuses. Where an account is closed at the player's own request or as a result of a self-exclusion, any verified balance remaining after deduction of pending bonus wagering requirements will be returned to the player's registered payment method within ten (10) business days.

8.2 Voluntary Closure

You may request voluntary closure of your jeatbaz account at any time by contacting the jeatbaz support team between 9 AM and 11 PM BST. Before closing your account, please ensure that you have withdrawn any available balance, as processing a closure request will initiate the account deactivation workflow. Voluntary closure requests cannot be reversed after processing has commenced.

8.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jeatbaz's total liability to you in connection with the platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. jeatbaz is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
